I walk/jog for 30-40 minutes a day, equaling two miles. While walking I walk what I consider to be very fast - meaning that it is easy to transition from my walking speed to a jog. I usually walk 3 miles with 20 lbs weighted vest and the other two days I do 5 mile walk (no weight) and since its raining for the past couple days.. whoever it was that suggested this, thank you so much! what a great thing this is. i just did the first 10 minutes of a pilates workout and already feel very loose. i didn't do the whole thing because i'm getting ready to go to bed, but will do at least one full program tomorrow morning.

HRM Issues!!
My HRM keeps tweaking out..it doesn't start right away when I hit start..it doesn't find my heart rate for like 5 minutes..which messes up how many cals I've "burned" . It doesn't do it every time but it's frustrating. Anyone else have this problem? Have any suggestions? I have a Polar F6.
