Hello All! Anybody know how to enter the 30 Day Shred into the exercise tracker? I've searched the Internet for some ideas about how many calories are burned using the 25 min. DVD, but I've found such a wide variety of answers! Thanks!

I have been doing 30 day shred for a couple weeks. But, my question is...is it meant to be done every day? Or designed for 3 or 4 days a week? It doesn't specify on the DVD. Now, I guess my thinking was 2 things. 1. It is designed to be done everyday for 30 days but then 2. doesn't your muscles need time to rest in between…

Upset stomache after working out. . . too much water?
I'm almost at my goal weight and as of recently trying to get these last few pounds off, when I work out I'm getting sick to my stomach afterward, literally on the verge of barfing.
