Weight loss for health
I’m very overweight and have severe back issues. I need weight loss to help relieve the pressure on my spine. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far and need to loose 25 lbs more. I’m currently using this app and WW app. Seems to be working so far after a long plateau of up and down 1 lb. I’ll keep you posted and good luck to everyone
