Nevermind. I found it…. I am doing the Low Carb meal plan. I get tasks daily. A task always refers to the Meal Planner. I can’t find the “Meal Planner.” I am logging my food. Is that it?

Pancake syrup
I haven't been able to get away from pancakes and French toast. But making my own mixture of pancake syrup has come in handy. I mix 1/2 of the bottle and zero calorie pancake syrup and the other half of the bottle and regular pancake syrup that I have always eaten. The ratio is good enough for the taste to be right and I…

Long time maintainers how do you do it
I'd like to hear from other folks who've maintained their weight loss for several years or so. What do you do to maintain? What sort of lifestyle changes did you make while losing or after that made it easier (or possible?) to maintain your loss? And, are you active/do you exercise regularly? What works for you? Thanks. It…

Additional Nutritional Columns on "Food Diary" page
Fiber is one of my most important nutritional measurements for medical reasons and I'd like to be able to see fiber when viewing individual foods that I log in the Food Diary on the website. It would be beneficial to have Fiber added as a column to the current Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium, and Sugar. Even better,…

Cheese Admiration and Celebration
On another thread, there was a multi-person request for a thread devoted to cheese, for those of us who love it. Yes, it's calorie dense, though some types more than others. Personally, I love it anyway. So, please discuss: * Which is your favorite cheese? * Do you have a special way of using/eating cheese? Great recipe or…

Hi! I'm Shelly. A 51yo menopausal woman on HRT, that who has always been slim. To be expected, I quit smoking 4mos ago and in that time I gained over 20lbs. So I've been exercising at least 3x's/wk for at least 30mins (cardio, core & resistant band target area exercises) for the last 4wks now. Unfortunately, I've found…

Best started kit for home workouts?
I'm just starting out and don't want to spend money on a gym membership due to schedule limitations with the gyms in my area. I have a sit down stationary bike, and an elliptical. For weights, I have stretch bands that came with a bar and handles that are suppose to be the equivalent of weights up to 35lbs. (Step on the…

Hit the 40 lb mark, very proud of my progress
I don't really have a lot of people to share my success with irl, so I thought I'd share it here. Since October, I have gone from 265lbs to 225lbs. I still have a long way to go and still don't love what I see in the mirror, but I am much happier and feel physically healthier. I can walk longer distances, climb the stairs…

how to add how many calories you burn when you add an exeercise
I added strength training for 30 mins, and according to data base , I burned 106 calories. but I don't see anywhere to put that number of calories burned, and it doesn't automatically add any burned calories upping my calories for the day. I do NOT have premium pkg, is that the problem? In not, how can I assign calories…

Hacks that reduce calories (and other things)
I don't eat a lot of meat for ethical reasons. Also, the tastiest meat tends to be rather high in calorie here, like pork mince (low fat doesn't exist). For the past two days I made a rice bowl with crisped up pork, lots of spices and my own condiment, plus veg and pickled things. Anyway, the pork mince is super high in…
