I’ve used this app for ten years and this afternoon my home page replaced the diary tab at the bottom with “plan”. How do I the app to change this back? Can you add fiber to a Quick Add?
I have a recipe & it has all the nutritional information & I want to add it to quick add. It has 8 grams of fiber but Quick Add doesn’t have that as an entry. I do not want to write out the entire recipe in my recipes. Is there a way to enter a fiber count in my diary?

Why didn't my Food diary database and My Recipes transfer to the ne MyFitnessPal App?
I have used MyFitnessPal since 2012. Recently the MyFitnessPal App was updated. I am unable to access any of the foods in my database. There is nothing. also MyRecipes didn't transfer either. I am able to access both on my Laptop Online. What is going on?
