Help about the adding nutritional information
I’m new to this and I do want to do premium but I want to know if food doesn’t scan can o add my own nutritional information to calculate the calories of the food. Does this only work in premium? Thank you

Unsaturated fat amounts
Why are there such small amounts of unsaturated fats allotted in the nutrition section of MFP? I concentrate on keeping my saturated numbers low, but I am always way up on the unsaturated fats at the end of the day.

I’m 28, height 5’7” and 168 lbs. I workout 3 days a week. And work is standing up with walking between 8500 to 10000 a day. What should I set my calorie intake to if I’m trying to lose weight. Shooting for about 10 lbs

Buckwheat Mushroom Soup
