Herniated discs?
Hi all! I was wondering if anyone else out there has any herniated discs? My hernias are most certainly the result of my weight and sometimes it's very painful for me to move, still, if I don't move, then I can't lose weight...very sad, vicious cycle... I decided to get up and Zumba anyway today - not as fluid as I was in…

Acronym Game
For this game, I will start by putting together any random letters (maximum of 5 letters), and then the person below has to make up an amusing or random acronym out of it. That person will then put together random letters and the person below will make up an acronym and so on. For example: If the above poster said PZFG, my…

What nobody tells you about losing weight
Wanted to make this thread for motivationial purposes more than anything but they don't all have to be super positive! More of what came as a surprise. I'll start.. - how much confidence it will actually bring, especially when strangers start treating you like royalty all of a sudden! - Sitting (particularly in baths) and…

Weekly accountability and reflection
I’m doing this for myself, but if anyone sees this and wants to do the same, go for it. I have gained 15-20 pounds over the last 2 years and can’t seem to get it off. I have had success with in person communities, but that is no longer an option, so I’m going to supplement here. I’m going to update each week on Sundays for…

A new year ... a fresh start. New Beginnings .. new goals! Habits are hard to change. And losing weight, for so many, is a lifelong battle. Another day
I tracked yesterday which was my goal until I got home with a migraine which sent me to bed. Don't get them often but knew taking care of myself was more important at that moment than dinner and tracking it. Today, I have tracked all my meals. Wrote in a new fitness journal of my goals. Tomorrow is another day to track it…

Long time follower, first time writer
I've been using the app for a long time, but I've never ventured into this area. My problem is overeating. I'm like shrew, I can eat at least three times my own weight. My other problem is that I don't like going to the gym. I'm aware of eating healthy and I understand why going to the gym would help with weight…

What happens when you reach goal weight app-wise?
I started a little over a year ago at 394. I’m now 261 with a goal of 250. What does the app do after you reach goal? Does it go into maintenance; or what? This is the third time around and I’m more interested in keeping it off since losing it seems easier.
