Stick with it!
Now in my fifth year using Fitness Pal and it works! I have logged in everyday for 1,563 days and don’t want to break my streak. Iv lost over 30 pounds and kept them off. Fitness Pal has changed me in a good way. Wishing the FP community all the best.

I woke up to a whole new app and i HATE IT !! I cant find anything or copy from mid week to today. This app is horrible this way and totally confusing . Why did they totally change it !!!!!!!! I can see tweaking things but this is rediculous

MFP, could you explain why in My meals I can to enter cook instructions, notes but its IMPOSSIBLE in My recipes where its so necessary? This's so Illogical. I have the settings at losing 2lb / week (age 53, male, 6ft 1", 285lbs, goal 200lbs, sedentary) MFP has my food goal set at 1740 cal / day Does that 1740 include my calorie deficit or do I need to subtract that manually (ie mentally) when looking at it?
