Ideas for continuing weight loss
I started at 174 and got down to 162. Now my weight is creeping back despite me staying within my plan. For example I am at 166 now. Do you think I should lower my daily calorie intake furthermore?

Reached goal today but nothing extraordinary happened with the app?
this morning my weight went below my actual goal, which I’m sure isn’t unusual, but I expected there to be some reaction from the app, but there was nothing. When I log a food to breakfast it will show up in my history when looking it up again. Definitely helps locating food faster when searching for the same item in the future.
