how can I gain lean muscle? To where my veins pop
I am a young girl who is 3-1/2 months in to her workout journey. I want to gain lean muscle to where my veins pop out. any good suggestions? for the most part I mostly just eat lunch and dinner but not a lot I weigh around 90-100 pounds but have a hard time losing body fat. Any tips..?
