Year End Review (like Spotify)
My friend and I think it would be hilarious if MFP did a year end review like Spotify... like I think it would be hilarious to know how many acres of romaine lettuce I ate, or that my favorite breakfast food was eggs and I ate 600 of them.

2024 Cycling Challenge
Here we are, our third year running! Or, more appropriately, pedaling! Like cycling? So do I! This challenge is a simple one - ride 2024 miles in 2024! Type of cycle? Doesn't matter. Indoor, outdoor, don't care. As long as it has pedals (whether for feet or for hands) and wheels (virtual or real), it counts! Peleton?…

Added Sugar vs Natural Sugar
Please add the ability to track and easily see added sugar vs natural sugar. As everyone knows added sugar is the real enemy and not having an easy way to see how much added sugar vs natural sugar I consume is frustrating. I use an app to make tracking easy. I pay for an app to make them even easier. But the lack of this…

Adding costs to meals/recipes
This is for project I’m working on - would people want these, a reply would be really helpful. 1. It would be good for people to add the cost to the meals on the explore page. 2. This is a bigger task for MyFitnessPal but getting the cost of food for each item so it would work out the cost of daily meals and recipes you…

Just keep hiking
I've had a list of hikes that I've wanted to do for a long time. I've waited to lose weight, I've waited for friends to get up to the same ability so they could come with me. I waited to come up with more excuses. This year I decided it was enough and June 1st I changed from focusing on the scale and working to get…

Back again, need to do this!
I am at an all time high weight. My body hurts all the time. Walking hurts my hips so badly. I have got to get it together and lose this weight. Small goal is 5 pounds at a time, but bigger goal is 100 pounds. I feel like my life depends on it. My doctor suggested wegovy but it scares me and from the research I did,…

New products that caught your eyes recently?
I'm having the new Chobani Flip hazelnut as we speak. Totally yum and worth the 250 calories (if you're like me and love hazelnut anything), although it will definitely be a 'once in a while' thing. Also got the limited edition Cinnamon Bun Yoplait Greek and the new Simply Chobani double chocolate chunk yogurts waiting in…

Fitness notes
Why did you get rid of exercise notes!? I use it everyday to record which muscle group or groups I worked on that day. Please bring it back

More Celebration Graphics!
Graphics for key milestones -- each 10 pounds; 25, 50, 75, and 100 pounds; each new 10% body weightloss, etc. -- are VERY motivational. They can be easily shared (and can promote myfitnesspal, too). It would be great if MFP would generate these more regularly for users and allow users to easily generate their own within…

Wheelchair pushes not just steps
I'm a wheelchair user and the Apple watch track wheelchair pushes not just steps. I can't find any integration for that in MyFitnessPal. It would be great if that would be an option.

Meal Planning
It would be nice to have an actual meal planner feature that uses your calorie/macro goals as a basis for the plan.

Help with Fitbit connection issue
I was having an issue with my Fitbit sync so I disconnected the apps from both apps. However I attempted to re-connect them through Myfitnesspal and it keeps going to a tab with this message, "There was a problem with your request Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the…

MY Food Diary ~ EDITING/Deleting??
Hello, I'm planning a reboot/reset to my program as of 1/1/25. To that end, I've looked at (and have been frustrated with the MFP Food Diary. I know how to add a food. I know how to add a food that is not listed (and/or the nutritional values in MFP are incorrect). Whatever the reason, I've added foods to MFP. For various…

Howdy!
Hello, I've been using the app for a lil' while, but just discovered the community. Pleased to be journeying with you blessed people! My journey has been focused on weight gain. By God's grace, I figured out how to lose weight and sustain that loss. So my wife has been loading my meals, but getting 3000 cals/day is a…

**"Lifelong Weight Loss Journey: Finding Balance in My 70s"**
Hi everyone, I’m in my 70s and have been on a lifelong journey with weight and health. At my highest, I weighed 320 pounds, and over the years, I’ve lost 100 pounds—twice—but unfortunately gained it back both times. Despite the ups and downs, I’m currently 50 pounds down and feeling determined to keep moving forward. My…

For the love of Produce...
I’ve been a produce *kitten* for years and years. My ‘Apple thing’ is notorious among friends and family. That’s the one enduring phase (current obsessions are Koru, Pacific Rose, and HoneyBee apples)- in addition to my squash fixation (kabocha, mostly, but a well roasted spaghetti squash also makes me swoon.) I love…

weight lifting exercises are more important to losing weight than diet
Strength training with less cardio (~30min) is a bigger influence on maintaining muscle in a calorie deficit than macros. You can have super high protein, excellent macros in a deficit and still lose muscle. The effect of diet in preserving muscle is miniscule in comparison to the lifting weight components. If you lift…

Living in a nursing home
3 years ago I was 330 lbs living in my parents home. I walked around but it was really slow,I was tired and stupidly started using a wheel chair and I became immobile. I moved to an apartment my sister had for me and started using a walker, but I was using a couch that was too hard for me to get up from and I started having…
