I am really confused. What does total carbs in the app food diary mean? I tried entering this for a food in ‘My Foods’ Carbs 15.4g sugars 1.4g fibre 7g but when I save the entry it changes it to carbs 8.4g sugars 1.4g fibre 7g why is it removing 7g from total carbs? If it was called net carbs I’d understand but it’s called…
