This is a consistency challenge. If you weigh yourself daily and want to avoid rebounding you might want to join this challenge. You need to have a chosen weight which is less than the previous week's chosen weight. How many weeks in a row can you do?

Im trying to lose weight what can i do besides the walks i take in the morning?
On a good week i get 10000 steps everyday but sometimes i dont go out at all and only walk >1000 steps a week. I dont like doing cardio alone and have a friend with me when i do go walk. Im currently at 211Lb and wanna get to 175Lb before September what can i do?

Trying to set custom goal but it keeps reverting to some wierd values
I am trying to set my goal, on the web site, to 1500 Cl/day, 25% carbs, 25% fat and 50% protein but after I press save it always say 2480 Cl/Day, 50% 30% 25% On the iPhone app it now shows the correct goals in settings.
