What to do when portion control takes away the pleasure on desserts?
A moderate slice of cheesecake feels like a slap in the face 🙈, like it is just a teaser 🥺. I even prefer to skip it than to eat a normal portion. Is it because sweets are designed to make you crave more? It feels like eating a little bit, wakes up my inner cookie monster 😂 and then I struggle with will power.

Macro Help, PLEASE!
I have my macros set at 20% protein, 50% carbohydrates and 30% fat, 1200 calories. 20% protein is 61 grams which is 2 oz???? I'm so confused. Did I set it incorrectly? I am in the maintanance phase of PSMF and I was having 9oz of protein per day while on that. Something is off with my math challenged brain.

Delete From Recently Used Exercises List
Concerning deleting "recently used exercises" entries under "aerobic" ... many entries show different calories than what is contained in "my exercises" list. I'd like to clean up the "recently used exercises" list or clear it out all together. But .. not "delete" button at bottom .. this would be nice. Can one be added?
