If MyFitnessPal already tracks calories burned from my daily steps, and I did a 45-minute walk at 4.5 mph on my walking pad, should I still log that workout separately under exercise? Or would that be double-counting?

Calorie goal keeps reverting back to 2979
Premium user. I want to set total calories to 2659 and protein to 154g. But keeps reverting back to whatever MFP seems to want. Exercise calories is OFF so this is not the problem. I log meals daily on my Android phone & laptop PC. One gives net carbs & the other gives total carbs. Can this be fixed to show total carbs on both devices? I find I need to go back & re-enter numbers in my blood sugar chart often.
