Pancreatitis - meal inspiration needed!
I need some inspiration for low fat and dairy free meals; literally only allowed 6 teas of fat per day - including naturally occurring ones like egg yolks, salmon etc. I’ve been doing OK, but I get hungry. Lots of smoothies for breakfast, so much chicken I’ll grow feathers…. Can’t have coconut, almond or oat milk.

Dashboard Macros don’t match my Goals
Hi all, The macros goals on my dashboard are much higher than my actual goals. When I go to the “goals” section it lists the correct macros, but the dashboard lists them much much higher. I have tried reinstalling and it made no difference. Anyone know what this is about or how to fix it? Thanks.

Any thoughts about creating a “save as” for building meals? Would allow for small changes without having to re-log all items. I could see that being a worthwhile feature for premium (but hopefully on the free version).
