Restaurant data?
Does anyone have a go-to place to get nutritional info for restaurants. I find it very frustrating to try to put in a random salad from a restaurant such as the “California Salad” from Doc B’s. It’s not in the app so basically my day’s tracking is thrown off. :(

Why does it say I’d gain weight…
Why does it say I’d gain .2 lbs if I continued like today? I walked and was 163 calories under. Would have been about even not including walking. Was it because it was carb heavy? I thought weight gain was due more to calories than the makeup of those calories 🤔

So I was at the doctors office and when I got weighed the scale said my weight went down 10lbs from my January appointment. I now have stage 2 Lymphedema and possible Lipedema.
