Substitute key ingredients
Many of the recipes I use are based on rotisserie chicken. I’d rather use baked boneless skinless white meat to cut the fat and calories. Picking a rotisserie chicken I’m throwing away as much skin as I can but it’s a royal pain. Is there a way to edit the recipes and adjust the macros for boneless/skinless chicken?

Time to lose weight, again
Hi! I'm a mom of 2 working full time and going back to school, just 2 classes for now. My biggest problem is stress eating. Nothing calms me down like some chips, chocolate, bread, noodles, you know. I've lost weight before and know I can do it again, but it's hard. Support and realistic advice is appreciated :)

Accuracy?
I don't expect every app/device to show exactly the same data, but my galaxy 6 Watch and my runkeeper app show a significant difference in calories burned. Not sure which one is closer to being correct, the distance is pretty close though. See screenshots. Any advice?
