take 8- 10 Roma tomatoes cut them up into half's, then half's again and add them to blender. Cut 1/4-1/2 of a medium sized onion depending on your love for onions and put into blender. Add 1/2 of cilantro chopped to blender. Garlic salt add to taste. Blend all of it to consistency you like.

Calorie limit going down, why?
Okay I, finally, managed to get my Garmin to connect and log my (very limited steps), and now I have FEWER calories on a daily basis, and each day the number it is reducing it by is going up leaving me with even less to play with (started by removing 17, then 33, now up to 83 fewer calories!). Does anyone have any idea why?
