I'm just coming off a planned maintenance break and getting back into a deficit. Previously, my base calories were 1490 with a rate of 1.5 lbs lost per week. Why do I feel funny
I stopped all sodas yesterday and by the end of the day I was lethargic. This morning when I woke up and started to move around I still felt funny.
