What are some high calorie snacks that I can eat quickly to add to my intake?
I am usually very busy and have the only 3 basic meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I need to eat lots of snacks in between and during my classes so what are some recommendations?

Cycle Normalization
I’ve been on this journey for about a year now and have lost about 25 lbs. My cycle has always been between 28-38 days. Since May my cycle has 100% normalized and it is always exactly 28 days! Has anyone else noticed they’re cycle get normal after weight loss?

Merry Christmas to Me
Yesterday I weighed the same as I did in Junior High. I am 66 and have lost much weight and am feeling great. My A1C is down. My BMI is lower. I am not focusing on the scale numbers, but appreciating the thin of it all. Thank you for letting me share. 😊

I think you should add a check box for when a person fasted a meal. When my nutritionist reads my MFP for the day, she thinks I didn’t log a meal when in fact I fasted breakfast. Please add a fasted check box.
