Can MFP automatically adjust the time
One of my biggest annoyances with the app is when I enter a meal hours after eating it, the app can not identify the time of the meal after the first entry. Linking to Training Peaks
MyFitnessPal is not pulling through the data from training peaks. I get the option to connect, I click the button and it says it’s already connected but hey, no data.

Why is my calorie count above 2000 calories when I want to lose weight?

Long time user looking to set plateau
Ten years ago, I using MyFitness to lose weight. I couldn't seem to drop from 212. Now, i've gone from 215 to 202.2. My goal is to get to 199 and stay there, give or take a pound, for 3-4 months. After that, I'll shoot for 190. I'm 6' and want to feel better, fight high BPl, and get waist to 34.

Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated Fats
Fitness Pal says I should have a goal of 0 polyunsaturated fats and 0 monounsaturated fat, but the internet shows that those type of fats are healthy for us. Can anyone explain why we shouldn't be eating those fats? Thank you!

Is there a way to see daily and weekly water consumption?
I am tracking my daily water in Premium account each time I drink but I can’t figure out how to see totals per day, week or month. Please advise, I would think this is pretty simple to add on the weekly report for nutrition. .
