After 10 years
Hello. of regular exercise, I have reaped many rewards and benefits, but other factors will be part of my new challenges after this journey. How do I input the entire pot of food and then work out a portion by grams?
I cook for the family, so I would like to be able to weight each item then weight the finish pan of food afterwards. I would then weigh my portion and have the app work out the calories etc for me.
