Any recommendations on where to start with strength training?
I am a women in my late 50's who has lost 70lbs, still have 75lbs to go. I hit my 10K steps a day, more on the weekends when I take my dog hiking. Complete Diary estimate and Caloric Intake are inconsistent between iphone app and web
When I click on "Complete This Entry" at the bottom of my Food Diary for the day, it shows a 5-week projection. This projection shows considerably different results between a web browser and the iPhone app. Also, there are some inconsistencies with the total calories consumed also. Is anyone else seeing this?
