Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Over the course of two years I unfortunately gained about 20 pounds and trying to lose it with the help of MyFitnessPal for logging and tracking. Hopefully connecting with a community with similar goals can also help keep me motivated ! :)

What if I suspect there is an error in information?
Hi, I typed: 60 g of white rice What appeared first was basmati and it was exactly what I was looking for… so, I selected it. There is no plus sign or any sort that will allow me to upload progress photos. I went to more then to progress with the graphics but no such thing as plus bottom. Also on the website I see check in no such thing as photos or camera option. does anyone have the same issue ?

Calorie Deficit
I am having the hardest time meeting my calorie deficit. I track my meals and I ALWAYS over eat. I'm 38, male, 6ft, 217lbs and workout 3 times a week. I am not losing weight and it's frustrating. I'm set at 1950 cals a day but end up eat 2400... I'm feeling like a failure and it sucks! Any suggestions?
