Resting calories
Hi there Where does resting calories burned come into the equation. For example I burned 500 yesterday which is showing in the app as exercise but I also burned 1900 as resting cals. So in effect I burned 2400. Leaving a huge excess ? I’m sure there’s a really simple explanation 😀

If I eat a protein bar that is 190 calories and is low in sugar grams and carb grams will that put less fat on me if then, if I ate a regular candy bar that has 190 cal that is high in sugar and carbs?

Sometimes i want to log a whole meal, that people generally cook differently It eould be extremely practical if we can see the ingredients in the meals we log, and change them/change the ingredient quantities. That would be more precise.
