I’m 38 years old and recently became very active in the gym. I’m not looking to loose weight but get toned and build muscle. Knowing what to eat and Macros confuses me. Can anyone help me understand what percentage of things I need to eat to be a success at the gym? I’m 5’4 and 133 lbs for reference. Thank you!
