New and Counting Macros
I discovered MyFitnessPal yesterday. I have lost 60 pounds since 10/17/2022 by counting macros. Already today I adjusted a meal based on the MyFitnessPal numbers. Super excited as I have a lot more weight to loose.

It seems as I am dieting it seems so easy, but when I am bad everything goes off the rails. I lost 50 lbs in 2019…maintained for 5 mos. Now here I am back to lose it all again. Hopefully this time I exercise more diligence.

Hoping to lose 20 pounds
