I’m starting over again, this time my goals have changed. I’m 58 and want to be strong enough to get up off of the floor if I fall in the senior years of my life. I also want to be strong enough to help my husband who has mobility issues due to upper and lower neuron disease. So while getting stronger I have to lose weight.

Old dog, new tricks
I resolved to lose weight about two years ago. With the help of Noom I lost 55 lbs. I started to take Pilates lessons, walked more, and reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.0. I’m diabetic 2. I gained about 10 lbs back and want to lose it and then some more. Being diabetic makes food choices more complex.
