New to the community aspect
I’m Jon and on my journey I have been using the tracker side for about 2 months but have not used the community aspect yet. Hoping to find additional motivation and accountability through forming connections of like minded people. I have lost 42 lbs and now am actually working on putting size back on.

Hi 🌸🌿👋
Hi, my name is Staci. I'm 41, married, and I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. I live in Indiana and work for USPS. I've used MFP off and on for about 10 years and recently started a new account. I only have one friend on here (my husband 😂) and would like to have a small amount of new MFP friends (and maybe do some challenges?…

Motivational Friends
Hi there! I have many inactive friends on this app, and would love to make active ones that motivate! I’m 32, married with kiddos, and live in Texas. I’ve been on MyFitnessPal since 2011, lost 40+ pounds in 2013 and maintained it up until last year. I gained about 15 pounds back. Working on it now! Please feel free to add…

Never thought I'd use a food scale
I finally broke down and bought a food scale and started using it after thinking that I would never have the discipline or patience to weigh my food. What a GAME CHANGER! ? It's making me be accountable and I'm starting to see results. Why didn't I start this earlie?

Excited to be here!
I am ready to lose the baby weight! I just had baby number 4. I've got about 40 lbs to lose and I'm looking forward to having fun while doing it! I am in my first year of my Ph.D. and know that if I don't keep track of what I'm doing I will likely get out of control. Feel free to add me if you'd like another friend on MFP!

Back on MFP after transplant
I used MFP a few years ago when trying to lose weight from 230 to 210'ish. Then, my kidney disease got pretty bad and I was on dialysis and weight loss was no longer an issue. Roll forward to 2023 and I weigh 164(!) as a 6' 2" guy. Being honest, I look like a POW, no muscle or fat at all. Bad back as I my muscles no longer…

New Here
Hello everyone. I am new here. After a few years of yo-yo dieting, due to health issues, I’m back at it again. I used to be a third of the size I am now, but due to chronic steroid use for my asthma, I gained allot of weight. I hope this app helps me stay on track and keeps me encouraged.

Hey guys!
Hey everyone! My name's Noah, and I'm starting back trying to get fit after years took their toll. There was a point in my life where I was slim, lifting weights every other day, and running 4 miles a day on average - I want to get back there. I'm already a week in to lifting/running again, and just installed the app today…

Back after a long break..
Hi all, Bav here. I started using myfitnesspal about10 or 12 years ago, but stopped about 18 months into it. Just recently I have decided I need to be brutally honest with myself and my eating habits if I want to reach my goal weight. I have been trying for nearly 12 months but just can't get there. So I have signed up for…

New to group
My name is Sandy Barnes and I’m new to the group. Trying to get set up in the app. I guess I already have a question. When I input my weight, age and height the next screen came up with showing nutrient percentage that I should have for each day. Is that just an example of the nutrient’s percentage for me or do I set that…

Happy Fall!
Hello, I am a new member. I started working out because I start nursing school next summer. 😂 I realized I need to after I tried to move into my new apartment on my own. I have no strength. Someone saw how much I was struggling and helped me. He saw the bucket I was pulling and put one more on top of it… Then he started…

Back at it
Hi everyone - after several years away and COVID and peri menopause I’m getting serious about my fitness again. So, any tips for dealing with or getting rid of the extra weight that has decided to settle in during peri menopause? Also, how often should I record my weight?
