Back on it again!
Yup, I've come back on again... been using this app on and off for years now. With different goals in mind. The past 4 years I've lost 24lbs (about 11kg). In total since my heaviest about 10 years ago I've lost 41 lbs (about 19kg). I guess my now new goal is to be consistent with the gym, I'm currently at 117lbs (53.1kg)…

Back for a 14 pound tune up.
I had lost 75 lbs and kept it off for a lot of years. Over the last 4 years I have let my weight slowly creep up - ahem - 14 whole (Fatty-McFatty) pounds. Clothes still snugly fit, except my slim cuts/fits. Time to get back to goal.
