I’m almost 60 and feeling a middle age slump. Not as much energy and weight gain. I joined My Fitness Pal because I want to feel good, have more energy and lose some weight in the process. I struggle with making good food choices when I am traveling. Does anyone have any tips or advice for eating healthy while traveling?

Been using this program for a little over a month now. I am encouraged by my progress thus far. Not meaning to boast, but my waist has gone from 49” to 42”. Eating right, walking, and working out with dumbbells. I am a 73 year old male, and would love to hear from some of you. I get along better with females, but whatever.
