Here I am, all 330 pounds of me!
Ohh Gosh fitness folks I have let myself gooo. I decided three days ago, I was going to start walking. I wanted to stop 20 minutes in, I couldn't breathe, my back hurt. In 2011, I was jogging seven miles a day. I can't believe how fast time has passed and how much damage I've done to my body during that time.

Newbie with little belly going on

Tired of starving to get weight off
