55 pounds lighter

I'm technically fit.
Body fat is down to 15.6 percent now. That is 10 percent down from the time I started in August. The great thing is I've added a lot of muscle too. I cannot believe the changes I have made to my body.

Progress Pictures - 1/3 of the way to my goal!
I just passed the 1/3 mark on my way to losing 100 pounds (yesterday’s weigh-in had me at 34 pounds gone – wooohooooo!!!) and I decided it was time to post some more progress pictures. I still have over 65 pounds to go, but it is so encouraging to see the progress I have made so far!

Not Really a sucess
I could not do it, I started almost a year ago lost 15 pounds and then stopped all of a sudden, do not know why!! I'm feeling great! Just wanted to share with everyone! My face and stomach have gone down so much. My profile says I've lost 24 lbs. but when the first pic was taken I was actually around 165. Therefore, this is only a 15 lb difference. Still want to lose at least 15 more, but I'm already happy with my progress. :)
