October goals
My goal is 2 miles a day (62 for the month). I have a half marathon Sunday the 7th but I’m still working through an ankle injury that has been a major issue all year. I’m hoping a mile or two a day will help get it back into shape.

Keto question
My son did Keto diet while tracking calories and is having lower stomach pains. Dull pain. I think it’s constipation. Anyone else experience full lower abdomen pain on Keto ? If so, what did you do? I said add more salt and drink more water and maybe a fiber supplement.
