Losing weight after twins!
My twins will be 10 months in a few days and its past time for me to get on track and get the body I want! I have no more excuses left!! I hope to find some other new moms trying to get their pre baby body back or anyone else that needs motivation and can motivate me to stay on track! :)

wls daily calories
Why does mfp not like it when I have less than 1200 calories daily. Im a wls patient with only a 1/2 cup stomach. Cant eat 1200 calories.

This is prob a really dumb question but, what is the units of Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium and Sugar on "Your Food Diary For <DAY>" page on the website? Is that in calories? Grams?

Recently started eating healthy.

I changed my username and I can't see "My Profile"
I changed my username a few weeks ago. On the app, when I click "my profile" it shows my old username as a profile that I can't view. The only way I can see my profile is when I post something on my news feed then click my name. Someone help! I've already tried logging out and restarting the app. Thanks

Why does MFP add cals burned to daily allowance?
Topic. Just curious as to why it adds the calories you burn through exercise to your daily limit? I have a 1600 cal limit and have eaten breakfast and lunch already. When U put in my exercise (600cals) It says ive still got 1000+ to go for the day. I thought the point of loosing weight is to burn more than you consume...…
