How to log in my HIIT workout. I do combination of 9 strength training exercises but don't know how to add them. So if my HIIT session lasts for 15 minutes, how do I input the time duration. Can anybody help?

Logging in Strength Training
I've logged in my ab workout under strength training, but it doesn't say I've worked out today in my Food Log. It doesn't really matter to me that it's not calculating calories that I need to add in (I don't add because I workout)....but it's not giving me a suggested calories burned either like cardio workouts do.

4 weeks in...
Four weeks in following MFP, exercise and a program of clean 9 to boost my weight loss and I'm down 1 stone in a month. Hard work does pay off. I can see a slight difference from the first picture taken on the 1st July...now just to carry on! x
