I’ve been feeling out of place the last few years. All my close friends are size 0-5 juniors…I’m size 9. All of my close friends are exercise fanatics...I’m not. I don’t want to feel out of place any longer. I’m determined to be as in shape as everyone else that’s close to me :)

metallic taste in your mouth
So, have many others experience a strong and very noticeable metallic taste in your mouth several weeks into your dieting process? I have heard the term "ketosis" mentioned and was just wanting to hear from others who may have experienced the same thing. How long does it last? Does it reoccur? A good thing, right?

been gone for awhile
I fell off the band wagon really badly but trying to catch myself and get back on. I have set goal to lose 15 lbs in 4 1/2 months not sure if it is realistic I weigh currently 136 and I like to weigh 120 but I will be happy with 125.
