Trying Again
It seems the only way for me to really lose weight is to track my nutrients. Lift weights in the morning and 30 min. treadmill later in the day, 7 days a week. But to actually drop weight (Body Fat). this app definately does the trick.

I've been active when I needed to lose weight and then drifted away multiple times. I have to maintain a lower body weight now for my liver and am doing what I can to get more involved in MFP so that I don't drift away again.
