Help with steps
Hi guys Wondering if anyone can help. I'm calorie counting to lose weight. When I go for a run MFP seems to track both the calories from the run and from the steps (which surely is included in the calories for the run!). I don't want to double count. Any ideas on a workaround? Thanks

How to correct calorie count for 24hour shift?

Pie graph colours
When I click on protein over the day, the pie graph shows four hues of blue that are difficult to differentiate sometimes - ie, protein consumed at breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. I suggest a change to this feature to be obvious colours like the macro pie graphs.

strength training doesn’t modify calories?
Why doesn’t your strength training routine affect your daily calories like cardio does? Or maybe it does and I’m doing something wrong but I see that when I add and exercise like say bench press nothing changes in my calories. Shouldn’t I need to eat more if you have a gym routine?

Why is Premium version on my iPhone but not on my desktop PC?
I signed up for Premium through the app on my iPhone solely for the purpose of tracking net carbs. But I actually add to my diary on my desktop PC, not my phone, and on my PC it doesn't show that I have the Premium version. Why is that and how do I correct it? Thanks.

My exercise points are not updating correctly for the last 2 days is there a tech problem?
Yesterday I walked more than 11,000 points which I could see transferred into mfp from my Fitbit but no exercise points were added.
