Bouncing back after Covid
It's been 3 weeks since I tested positive for Covid and I'm still on bed rest, too exhausted to move around for more than a few minutes at a time. It's been a rough few weeks. I know it's going to take a while to recover and I'm lucky it wasn't worse, but it's hard to go from 20,000+ steps a day to this. Anyone who has had…

Anyone with Iqoro / FaceFormer experience for G.E.R.D treatment
I have suffered with GERD as long as I can remember, I have had it when I was at my slimmest as well as at my heaviest, it's usually diet or exercise induced, but it has worsened over the last year, I am thinking it may be connected to an expanding thyroid nodule that my ENT is keeping an eye on the last 18 months. I don't…

Dare I Say It? Keto
I am one who is always balking at fancy, trendy diet plans but I feel that a keto diet combined with intermittent fasting will help me to lose the last 10 pounds and will help me to cut fat. What are your thoughts on Keto? Does it actually have lasting results or will I gain it all back if I decide to stop?

Question for those who weigh their food and live with other people
Do the people you live find it strange or make comments? If so what do you say? Asking because I am moving out as I’m separating from my partner and will be living with a flat mate and kind of nervous to be weighing food around her because of comments? I normally don’t mention I weigh my food to anyone as it’s not usually…

Should I eat more or less?
I'm trying to get rid of stubborn fat on my butt and tone/tighten it up. I'm skinny everywhere else except for that one area, so it looks very disproportionate. I already eat very little (around 1000-1200 calories a day) and fast for 20 hours a day. I've been doing this for months, but I still have lots of stubborn fat…

Smart scales with water % shown

30KGs In 30 Weeks For My 30th Birthday?
Hey everyone! I have a goal in mind to loose 30KGs by my 30th birthday (September 19th which is roughly 32 weeks away). Is this reaching too high? Opinion on goals?
current stats: a hair under 5'3 and 122ish lbs, lowest weight I hit was in november (around 118lbs, might have been dehydrated), I did gain about 2lbs over the holidays (christmas, new years, followed by more birthdays in the family) but stayed within my "don't go over 123-124lbs" range since I...have been more or less…

I love this app and it’s helped to prove my theory!!
I say this because I’m a firm believer that the most important thing is to be healthy. When people go on “diets” they cut so many needed nutrients out of their lives. This is why I always say it’s a “lifestyle change” and I stand by that. This app has helped me to further prove that. I’ve been on it for about 3 weeks now…

Is BMI right for everyone?
Hi I got to a healthy bmi but discovered I had an eating disorder. I went into recovery and due to getting obsessed with exercise and only eating 500-1000 calories a day I was made to eat more and exercise less. Anyone Try Omada Health?
I get it free through my employer and signed up-- because... well. FREE. You get a digital scale and it basically sends your weight to a coach every day.
