Weight not moving but maybe I need to give it more time. 2 weeks in. Days I don't workout I stick to 1200 cal but I workout 6 days a…

Net vs Consumed calories. still confused.
Hi all, I've been reading for months. Months. I've searched and read a lot on this forum and many other reputable sources. I've thought several times that I understood, but there doesn't seem to be anything 100% clear out there and nothing sticks in my brain. I use MFP for all my food tracking, and a Garmin watch for all…

Activity selection with Garmin watch
I have a vivoactive 3 and I'm doing Autumn calabrese's 80-day Obsession through Beachbody. Currently I'm selecting cardio to do the workouts because the strength training is too involved and doesn't reflect the sets that I actually need it to reflect. I also noticed that it doesn't track my heart rate very well either. I…

These two things made me feel upset and lazy .. so I missed my 5…

How do you know you’re setting an unrealistic goal?
I had my first baby back in March 2020 and was around 128 pre-pregnancy. I got down to 126 before becoming pregnant again (baby 2 is due July!) but I was trying to get down to 113-115 lbs. I’m currently sitting at 132-133 at 16 weeks. My goal is still to get down to 113-115 after this second baby and I was wondering how…

Tracking While Eating Out
Hi guys - been measuring and tracking everything I've eaten for the past two and a half weeks, and it's going really well. Really managed to curb my cravings, and seeing everything tracked and recorded has been really very helpful. But on Saturday we're going for dinner and games at a friend's house. I'm not too worried…

Do you have to count fruit and veg in your calories
So I followed everyone’s advice and changed my goals to 0.5lbs loss a week and I’m allowed 1570 calories a day which is brill for me. However do I have to count fruit and veg as part of this? When I was on my 1200 calories a day I would eat 1200 food but fruit and veg on top of that but not class it as my calorie intake…

Feeling stuck in your weight loss or hit a plateau? Maybe a "diet break" is the answer.
Read this article today from Cori Lefkowith of Redefining Strength. I found it interesting and not an actual concept I've heard of before, but makes some sense...especially if we want to be successful long-term at weight loss. Also, this may explain why every time I've gone on vacation and eaten more/not followed my diet…

Insomnia
Hello everyone! I've always been a late sleeper, and I know that it isn't very helpful when it comes to weight, mood, and overall health. The earliest I can fall asleep is around 3am, and I typically fall asleep anywhere from 3am to 6am. This wouldn't be a problem if I could sleep in late, but I automatically wake up at…
