1st month eating healthy

2 day Fast - Kick Started my weight loss
A few weeks ago I wanted to eat less. So I went on a 2 day fast. Drank Coffee, teas, and lots of water. It was hard I gave in once or twice to a yogurt. Day 4
Got out of bed this morning early though I just wanted to sleep. My back hurt, I just wanted to hit snooze one more time. Exercised though I didn't want to. My dog was a good cheerleader. I did it! Day four and still moving forward. Go me! And, the sun is shining!!

When I first started back in January, I didn't add in the ounces to my starting weight. So now it's always off by 6 ounces. How do I correct this so that when I add my weight loss it's the correct number? Thanks in advance :)
