Can someone tell me how many ounces they mean in the app for tracking "one cup" of water? Is it an actual cup measure or does it mean more like a regular 12 oz glass?

Question about recording steps
This is regarding the Active level: I feel like setting the Active level helps account for daily steps you would be taking. But I now have a Fitbit and am tracking actual steps. Does this mean I should turn down my active level to sedentary?

Question about calculating calories in fruit:
If the fruit has a peel, such as a banana or a clementine, do I weigh it before I peel it or after? How is the database figured? Since I don't eat the peel, I'd like not to include it in the weight.
