Struggling
I have been on a 1200 calorie diet since feb.1, I excercise 5 days a week for 60 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes in the evening and I haven't lost any weight what am I doing wrong?

HELP - I am becoming bored of eating.

Hello, I just began using this site last week. I am a 34 year old male and I weighed 230lbs at the beginning of December, 2010. I am now 210lbs and started using this program to monitor/maintain my weight loss goals. Hopefully I'll be able to cut another 10 lbs in time for a cruise in mid-March!!
