New Year A New Me
This is a new year and I want to have a new me by the end of it. I have tried diets in the past but never stuck to them. I am hoping to stay motivated to keep track of my diet and hopefully exercise more often. So far I am loving the app for my iphone and it is helping a lot having it right at my fingertips.

Hi I am new 2 days in!
I have lost weight on my own over the last year (3 1/2 stone) but seem to be at a stand still. I hope MFP will help push me along for my last 2 stones. Writing it all down really helps keep a check on what you eat. I do like meat though! Wish me luck! A
