SHOULD I BE DOING MORE
I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR THE PAST WEEK AT THE GYM. HOWEVER I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING THE TREADMILL FOR AN HOUR EVERY NIGHT. ALONG WITH THAT I HAVE BEEN KEEPING UP WITH MY CALORIES. SHOULD I BE DOING MORE AT THE GYM. IN A WEEK I HAVE ONLY LOST 1LB. IF I SHOULD BE DOING MORE....WHAT SHOULD I DO? THANKS FOR ANY AND ALL HELP!

I started with a personal trainer a couple of weeks ago who introduced this site to me. It's so easy and I really like how it keeps track of my exercising and calorie intake. This whole exercising/dieting thing is new to me. Hate it all but loving the results. I've never worked so hard at something in all my life.

I am 26, have been overweight most of my life and come from an overweight family. Been doing the "healthy lifestyle" thing on and off since 2007.
