Making it through the holidays
I didn't do too well tonight because this was our family Pre-christmas party and all the food is so good. Maybe you would say this was bad, but I put all my calories in and I was 800?calories over. It is what it is. and it was so good! But I didn't overdo the sweets too much..I only had two cookies..that's a success.

Year Round Riding
Love this! This is the first year I’ll ride year round. I was road riding then knocking off after it got cold. I’m a mountain bike newbie, so now I’m riding our local trails when they aren’t muddy. Fully engaging, full body workout and fun!!!! I’ll switch back to road riding in the spring.
