Me: 3 LNS: 3 So now it’s catching up to me. I think my issue is that I’m not thinking before I eat. Because I have created a habit of eating at night time, I eat before I register that I’m not “supposed” to be. I need to start eating mindfully and thinking before just deciding to chow down. Humph.
