I am 55 year old male, I took last year off due to injuries and personal reasons. Back at it now, and want to be more accurate on Macros and Flex Dieting. I am very active, Crossfit, Cycling and Hiking. I am 215lbs now at 5'-7", and I want to get back into the 190's.

Weigh loss and build stamina
I have had 2 surgeries in the past year and my weigh has climbed due to my sedentary months while healing. I am trying to lose at least 15 lbs. I am an sweet alcoholic. I just cant do without them.
