IF since Jan 8 2018
I started the IF Diet on Jan 8. I’m using the 16/8. Eating only between 11 AM and 7 PM. I’ve lost 6 pounds. It’s been relatively easy. The first week I was very conscious of the 7 PM cutoff. And I wasn’t really considering anything when I ate. Since then, I’ve watched my choices for better balance. I feel much better.
