Themed workouts (ideas)
Anyone familiar with the 30 day challenges? Maybe we can do one based around one of these themed workouts. Though I must admit that I'm disappointed in the Jedi workout. Where are the handstands while levitating rocks? Where's the jogging and flipping while carrying a small green alien on your back?

getting bored
I feel i'm getting bored. i count calories about 1200 a day. I choose healthy foods, so it's a good amount of food, and i feel satisfied with what i eat. Why is it harder to lose 5 lbs than 30 lbs.
