How do you prefer using MFP? The app or the website? I've been mainly using the website, but the app is convenient on a smartphone.

Leg day
Am I only one that needs crutches after leg day? My legs are so shaky and weak after I work them out that I can barely walk lol.

How to log steps not time/distance in the app
Medically, my doctor has me tracking steps---not distance or time. How is this done in the exercise counter? I have made multiple attempts, but "steps" will not come up.
