I always thought that I should eat a certain amount of calories per day and then exercise would be extra calories burned toward a loss. I've seen people talking about eating those exercise calories. Any explanation/advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I know that if you are doing crunches "right", your neck shouldn't hurt. How often do you exercise?

Knee pain - what workouts I am going to do
I went to the gym last night, I was warming up and noticed knee pain. I ran through it in a way that didnt hurt, did some squats but noooo lunges bc it felt uncomfortable. Circuit Training
