How to log short target workouts?
How do you log a short target workout, such as the 10 min arms or gluts video workouts? I did one using the Exercise on Demand channel but not sure how to log it. Is it just strength training and I put arms or gluts for example? It was not a cardio video. Thanks.

Circuit Training

Believe MFP of my Wii?
I just jogged in place for 30 minutes. My wii fit showed a burn of 310 calories, but when I searched for jogging in place on MFP it showed a burn of over 450. a doubt regards to sweat
i'm going to gym everyday and the aircond is always on which makes me not to sweat that much if compared to the days when i switch off the aircond if no others in the gym. i believe the sweat dries faster when the aircond switched on. true? so my question is does it matter? sorry if the question sounds silly. :-)

HELP! Pain In Shoulder During Pushups!!!
Everytime I go down for each pushup, my left shoulder hurts. When I go back up and rest, it's fine. It's just when I put the strain on it. Can anyone help me? It even hurts when I try to do counter pushups, when I just lean on the counter with my hands and do pushups. It's more low impact.
