Walking isn't cardio vascular?
I've been walking 3 miles a day (4-5 times a week) for a three months now. My walk includes hills and a brisk pace (3.5 - 4 miles per hour). For everyone that has cable ON DEMAND.. don't forget the Sports and Fitness section. It's full of all kinds of free workouts. It beats buying DVD's, unless of course you have a favorite you swear by. I did a 10 minute ab workout this morning from there, and it was awesome!

I bought a Sportline S7 HRM. I walked for 30 minutes today and it gave me 70 more calories burned then MFP. THEN, I did 30 minutes on my Wii Free Step, and HRM gave me 70 LESS than Wii. Which one do I use? They wash each other out but I do not always do both. TIA for you input!

Treadmill 4.5 mph --Walk or Jog
I'm doing the C25K program and when it's time for me to walk I go at a 3.5 mph and when it's time for the run/jog I go 4.5 mph. When I log it in the exercise section it just has a 4.5 walk. Where's the 4.5 jog at?? Or does it make a difference?
