Is power plate strength training?
I am trying to do mix of cardio and strength, I do 25 mins on my cross trainer for cardio, and was planning to do 15 mins on my power plate fro strength. Workouts on power plates - do they count as strength ? Or want would you count them as? I do use a hand weight for some moves, and use the pull thingys for arms.

I'm just curious. When I enter in a strength training, it doesn't give the option to enter in calories burned. Why not? Why only cardio workouts get calorie credits?

Low-impact Aerobics - any benefit?
