How do you find time or energy to exercise when working full
Today i done 25 mins of step aerobics at 5:30 am before i left for work and when i got to school, i walked on the track for 2 miles. Then i was exhausted all day with working and all. But i need to exercise, i need to lose weight and bring my blood pressure down. How can i get energy and time to work out working full time?

HELP - lost weight but % of body fat the same - WTF???
I have been busting my butt at the gym. running - lifting weights - more running. I have lost 15 pounds since 8-1 but they took my percent of body fat at the gym and said even from 8-1 its still the same. Treadmill calorie counter
I do a 10 incline with 3.1 mph speed walk on my treadmill. After about 35 minutes, it says I lost about 400 calories. Is this accurate? It seems like it might be too much. How accurate is the treadmill? I have a nordic track.

I've been looking for some workout shoes. I tried Asics, New Balance and some cheap-o's from Academy. They were hard and uncomfortable. I found some LA Gear sneakers for $20 at TJMAXX that have the big thick "fitness" sole... they seemed very comfy. Anyone tried them or LA Gear? What do you think?
