Does anyone use the Wii Fit as part of their exercise routine? I just purchased one today, and I think it's a fun way to keep my mind off the fact that I'm exercising. Before I knew it, it told me I'd burned over 250 calories!

Went on a walk this morning with some people from my gym in lieu of class. We did 4 miles - 60 minutes - and 694 calories! (per my HRM) Who says you can't make progress "just walking"?! (PS, it was brisk, but now winding).
