Around 3 years ago lost 80 pounds counting my calories and logging on here. Then I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and gained some weight back. Lose Fat/Gain Muscle - Stuck
I've been on my fitness journey since the beginning of April. Looking to lose body fat and gain muscle. For the first month, I focused on my diet and was doing home cardio workouts a few days a week. My beginning weight was about 169 ~31% BF. I didn't have much success with losing weight, so after about a month, I started…

Spouse doesn't share fitness goals
This is more of a vent than seeking resolution, because I know that rarely do both partners share the same goals at the same time. Being with my spouse 24/7 because of the stay-at-home orders makes it more apparent (he is retired and I'm working from home). And I am aware that we cannot change someone who doesn't want to…

How Do You Track Calories In Homemade Juices? (Ex Veggie/Green Juices?)
Hey Everyone! Every morning I make a green juice containing the following ingredients, but I’m unsure what the best way to track this is. Any insights?
