Clean(er) eating for a new year?
Hey all! My husband and I decided to try to ‘eat clean’ for the first 21 days of the new year, both for weight and general health purposes. I have a bad sweet tooth and fast food habit, so we are cutting eating out all together and all sweets. Beyond that though, we don’t really know what it means to eat clean(er) than…

Intuitive Eating vs. Tracking Calories
Does anyone have experience with both? If so, what are your thoughts? For about 10 months I've been working with an IE coach. But I keep having the urge to go back to tracking calories. Just trying to decide what's best for me.

Changing entry for a food in the database
Sometimes when adding a food to my diary, the food in the database shows the item in tablespoons or cups. The info for the food is correct but I like to measure my food in grams. When I try to edit the info it will let me, but I can never get it to take both the new gram entry along with cup/tablespoon. I do see other…

Tell me It's ok to keep it simple
Do most of you just do calories in vs calories out... Without overthinking it by just making healthier choices and staying in your calorie limit. I hear so many worrying about macros such as carbs. Coming off of WW where I'm used to counting points...

Do you weigh prepackaged meals?
I've been at this over 2 years, losing around 80lbs in the process. Still have another 30 or so to go. I eat a lot of prepackaged meals (WW, Healthy choice, etc). I've seldom weighed them - always just taking the calories on the package. The few times I experimented and actually weighed the food, it was always a little…

Tracking Success without a Scale
Several months ago I got rid of my scale because I would obsessively weigh myself everyday and the results would determine my mood for the day. I'm considering just taking my measurements once a month for my progress and and tracking my food and good habits, avoiding the rabbit hole that results in me weighing myself…

Your new habits to reward or comfort yourself?

"I've never regretted NOT eating something."
I just wanted to share this awesome quote I read on another forum (I'm sorry that I can't find the original source.). This really applied to me this past weekend. My family and I went out of town and stayed in a hotel. Now, I don't usually eat breakfast--I do IF, and if I do happen to eat in the morning I find myself…

Adding food, losing weight!
Hi everyone, I posted about a month ago but I wanted to give a little update.
