Hi, Do you all use the daily calorie amount suggested by MFP? Do you find you lose the amount they say you will of you hit those goals? I’m over 50 and menopausal and wondering if their suggestions work for someone in my demographic. Thanks!

Waist/Height ratio vs. BMI.
I'm on the shorter side of things for a guy. 5"6. Age 30. Fluctuating between 152-158lbs depending on eating habits of a particular day. Currently have my self set at a .5lb a week deficit, but its usually less than that as I allow some wiggle room for logging errors. Strength to weight ratio is pretty above average i'd…

16:8 fasting
I'm restriciting my calories to lose 2 lbs a week while trying the 16:8 between 12:00-8:00. Unable to scan barcodes
For some reason the barcode scanner doesn't seem to be working on my phone all of a sudden. It was working fine about 3 hours ago, but now whatever I scan I get a message saying Unknow Error Occured. Is this something that happens often, or is this a one off? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Bit confused about activity level
I had my activity level set on very active as I workout every day (jogging, hill hiking, lifting and cycling) plus housework and gardening etc but over the last three days I’ve been unwell so today reset it to lightly active. This means that I’m now over my calorie level by 71 instead of having 19 to spare. What does this…
