PLEASE help me find my mindset again!!!
The mantra 'Just Do It' is the most important one to live by but I, for some reason, can't reclaim that since I let myself go off the track during the holidays. I do 'okay' during the day, keep to my (more or less) routine but after I eat dinner at 5, all I want to do is munch, munch, munch. :( Last night was a very(and I…

Can I/should I do anything?
For the past 18 months or so I’ve been really focused on fat loss and getting fitter. Lost over 100 pounds and I feel so much better both physically and mentally. My sister is 55 years old and morbidly obese with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and knee and hip pain. The knee and hip pains prevent her from doing some…

Hi, it’s my first time posting here 😁 So I’m making the change from slimming world to just counting calories and I’m a bit confused as what exactly I’m supposed to do. I’m changing because slimming world serves its purpose of simply losing weight, yet it is hard to maintain on that diet, which I’m hoping to do here. But…

Timing of meals vs weight loss
Hey everyone! I'm trying to create a healthy lifestyle while in the process of loosing 60lbs. I tend to not be very hungry in the morning, semi hungry at lunch and then I get extremely hungry around dinner. Some days I get off work late though and I can't eat until 10ish. I was wondering if it will affect my weight loss if…

Evening eating...
I have long heard the rule “don’t eat after 7” or “no carbs after 7” but I haven’t come across any information to back that up. I would love to know who believes/disbelieves in that rule and why? I was always a calories in- calories out kind of person. But dammit I want a glass of wine and some popcorn tonight.

IF benefits how I feel, controls food
I feel my mind is clearer because I follow the 16:8 IF regimine. Fast 16 hours, eat between noon and 8pm. I do feel more energy. I believe it is helping me. I also avoid sugar and only drink one cup of coffee with a packet of stevia every morning. It's pretty easy and not too hard to do.
